Riley was joined by her family, high school and club coaches, friends and a number of administrators for the signing recently in the Falcon's Nest. Over her 4 years at Perry, the volleyball team has won 3 Sectional Championships, 2 Conference Indiana Championships and a Marion County Championship. Individually, this fall Riley surpassed 1000 assists in her senior season. Good luck to her as she joins the Eagle family next fall.
Perry Meridian Senior Riley Taylor, a setter on the Falcon volleyball team, has signed her letter of intent to play volleyball for Eastern Michigan University. Eastern Michigan University is a member of the Mid-American Conference and a NCAA division I institution.

#4 Colorado State-Pueblo 27, #13 Indianapolis 14 PUEBLO, Colo. - The defending-national-champion ThunderWolves (11-1) jumped out to a 24-0 lead and didn't look back, handing the visiting Greyhounds (10-2) a season-ending loss in the opening round of the NCAA Division II playoffs Saturday. Up 3-0 after the first quarter, CSU-Pueblo scored a pair of touchdowns off UIndy interceptions before the half. The Greyhounds, who led Division II in turnovers heading into the game, threw just two interceptions in the entire regular season. UIndy got on the board at the end of the first half on a 65-yard touchdown rush by sophomore Andrew Walker (Chicago/Brother Rice). Senior Connor Barthel (Indianapolis/Cathedral) scored the Hounds' only other TD on a QB sneak in the fourth. |
