(SOUTHSIDER VOICE PHOTOS BY NATHAN PACE) Greenwood senior Mallory Watson was named homecoming queen Friday night and just a few hours later competed for the Woodmen in the Mid-State cross-country championships Saturday morning at Decatur Central. Friday, she also cheered the Woodman football team to victory. Sam Bass, a multiple-sport athlete, was named homecoming king. Watson finished among the top 50 runners in the cross-country run Saturday. |
