In addition to a kids zone with bounce houses, there will be games, arts and crafts booths and nearly 20 food trucks.
Continuous gospel music will be performed by Indiana Bible College, Praise, Chosen, Anthem, Quartets, Legacy, Good News, Tim & Adena Pedigo and other artists.
Admission and parking is free, and shuttle service will be offered from Primo Banquent Hall & Conference Center, Dollar General, Bedder Way Beds and the college. A $5 valet option will be available.
About 50 teams are expected to participate in the barbecue competition, which is not accepting any more entries. The purse is $5,000.
In the past a car show has been held in conjunction with the event, but the show has grown so big that it requires its own date.
In the event of inclement weather, all events will be moved indoors. Security and medical professionals will be on hand.
