Only One Library Branch Open Over Holiday Weekend
With the exception of InfoZone in The Children’s Museum, 3000 N. Meridian St., all Indianapolis Public Library locations will be closed Saturday-Monday in observance of Memorial Day. InfoZone will be open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. all three days.

Promoting a Safe Community
The Beech Grove Police Department will kick off its summer promotion of police-community partnerships from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, at Sarah T. Bolton Park, 1300 Churchman Ave. The event, designed to place an emphasis on the safety of children, will feature identification kits, free pizza, games, an obstacle course, dunk tank, cotton candy and prizes.
