Benefit Spaghetti Dinner
A benefit spaghetti dinner for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation will be hosted by Alpha chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa and Thrivent Financial from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday at Jubilee Hall, 39 S. Benefit for Spinal Cord Research
Cars for the Cause, a fundraiser for Samantha Jo Bartlett and spinal cord research, will be held from 2 p.m.-midnight at Time 2 Play Gameroom, 3137 E. Thompson Road. Bartlett, daughter of Richard and Angelia Bartlett and a junior at Southport High School, suffered a spinal cord injury in a car accident when she was 4 and is confined to a wheelchair.
