Stop-motion animation is a technique in which small models photographed, moved slightly and rephotographed. When the images are played back – like an old-fashioned flip-book – they appear to move and dinosaurs or other creatures come to life, according to Grayson, who added, “We’ll show the development of these techniques.”
Admission is $5, concessions $1. The center is located at 2432 Conservatory Drive. Info: www.gpacarts.org or call 317-327-7135. Details about Grayson’s work are highlighted at www.filmeric.com.
